COLLECTION SPECIALIST
Horsham, PA

Fundamental Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Quality:
    • Direct calling activity to meet targets for delinquency, late charges and other fee income items
  • Service Levels
    • All Collection processes follow established guidelines and support our vendor partner’s expectations for customer service
    • Periodic West Coast Hours of 11AM – 8PM may be required
  • Productivity
    • Collectors are measured on both activity and performance targets

Qualifications:

Education and other credentials:

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 to 2 years commercial collections or call center experience.

Technical/Functional skills and knowledge:

  • Prior Collection Experience and knowledge of the Collection Process
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Resolution Process
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer Applications: Microsoft Word and Excel

SALES REPRESENTATIVE-INSIDE SALES

Due to growth, we are currently seeking a Sales Representative – Inside Sales:

Position Description and Fundamental Responsibilities:

The Sales Rep’s primary function is to insure the achievement of sales and/or volume goals. The primary focus is on growing sales volume through vendor/bank programs as well as developing sales opportunities through telephonic customer and end-user customer contact. Primary objectives include:

  • Achieve sales volume goals, average spread and/or fee revenues and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Service, strengthen, grow and manage strategic business relationships with equipment vendors, dealers, manufacturers and/or commercial banks through proactive, timely and accurate written and verbal communication.
  • Prospect and originate profitable dealer relationships. Ensure company’s portfolio strength and profitability through accurate quotes.
  • Maintain an active contact database.
  • Assist in gathering accurate credit information and submit timely complete application packages.
  • Responsibilities may include training our partner sales personnel through web-based training programs.
  • Travel may be necessary to close sales.

Qualifications:

Education and other credentials: College Degree required

Experience:

  • 1-3 years telemarketing or comparable sales experience.
  • Experience in the equipment finance and leasing industry a plus.

Technical/Functional skills and knowledge:

  • Strong PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Superior reasoning skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to use a financial calculator and/or T Value.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR
Horsham, PA

Fundamental Responsibilities:

Your focus should produce the following outcome/results:

Contract Service:

  • One Hundred Percent (100%) accuracy in the documentation of contracts.
  • All transactions in for funding by noon each day are funded that day.
  • Proper maintenance and follow up on documentation is completed within the established guidelines.

Insurance:

  • All transactions have the required insurance coverage protecting the company.
  • Meet or exceed the established Insurance Fee Income budget.

Title Work:

  • All transactions with Motor Vehicles have complete title work protecting the company.

Customer Service:

  • Assist in telephone calls-customer inquiry resolutions will be processed and completed within the established standards.

Position Description:

Responsible for the Lessee contract development function of the company including the following:

  • Implements the Lessee contract developments, controls and enforceability of our Contract Management policies and procedures.
  • Develops and monitors all Lessee lease documents for individual lease transactions.
  • Reviews all Lessee lease documents and additional requirements against Credit approval for transaction funding.

Qualifications:

Education and other credentials:

  • College Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

  • 2+ years in a contract development and review role in the equipment finance and leasing industry.

Technical/Functional skills and knowledge:

  • Equipment Finance Documentation.
  • Equipment Insurance Requirements.
  • UCC Filing Requirements.
  • Vehicle Leasing Title Work Requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Financial discounting on HP 12C, 17B or similar.
