Microsoft Financing is a rapidly growing organization, expanding operations in more than 15 countries with additional countries coming on line this year. Our loan portfolio has more than doubled each year and is planned to grow 70% this year exceeding one billion dollars. This rapid growth has created the need for an experienced credit analyst to support this growth and to help manage portfolio risk.

Microsoft Financing is a wholly owned subsidiary whose mission is to help sell more Microsoft product by providing financing and payment flexibility to Microsoft's customers. With operations in 15 countries, growing to the top 20, and doubling its revenue and portfolio each year, the Worldwide Credit and Risk function plays a critical role in managing this business and in its overall success and profitability. Microsoft Financing has embarked on several projects, which will lead to having Financing as part of every customer proposal, giving Microsoft greater flexibility in its customer offerings.

This position is responsible for working with outside vendors in managing the worldwide credit decision process, portfolio risk management, exception approvals, policy

development and process design and implementation. Extensive internal contact will also be part of this job as financing is integrated into current and future product offerings and processes. International exposure and travel will also be required as we expand internationally. This position will have delegated credit decision and write-off making authority.
