These driven, high-volume performers will telemarket and close C level executives in person with both direct, end user sales and manufacturer/vendor finance programs within assigned markets. Regions are currently open; will consider the successful candidates’ current location for assignments.

Successful candidate will have:

Three+ years of proven success in equipment leasing in both direct and vendor originations in the Healthcare or Hospitality industries
Proven originations with finance leases in the $100k to $1 million deal size
Demonstrated record of high ratio of credit approvals
Expertise in utilizing SalesForce.com and other internal processes and systems
Energy or other industries with critical use furniture, fixtures and equipment would be plus

TLC Capital has an immediate opening for an Intermediary Sales Executive. This individual will be a performance-driven closerfor broker transactions and syndications nationwide in our Raleigh NC office.

Successful candidate will have:

Three+ years of proven experience and success working with equipment leasing brokers in direct and or Vendor intermediary equipment leasing in healthcare and or hospitality industries
Confirmed expertise in buying and syndication finance leases transactions from $100k to $3 million
History of high ratio of credit approvals and experience in broker deal/syndication compliance
Ability to effectively utilize internal processes and CRM/SalesForce.Com systems
Energy or other industries with critical use furniture, fixtures and equipment would be plus
High integrity, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, proactive results-oriented drive, excellent written and communication skills and sales and team focus
