BROKER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Federal Way, WA

Financial Pacific Leasing, headquartered in Federal Way, WA is looking for a Broker Relationship Manager. This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of all broker/lessor relationships that are assigned to this individual.

Financial Pacific Leasing is a funding source for brokers and lessors across the country. We have well-established relationships and have been in business since 1975. We specialize in small ticket ($5,000 - $75,000), second tier credits.

Responsibilities:

Manage assigned territory with broker relationships to insure the company’s standards are met in the areas of:

Sales volume production
Credit quality
Operating efficiencies
Portfolio performance
Sales penetration and market share

Work closely with approved sources of business in the identification of additional opportunities to expand business.
Monitor and help facilitate flow of transactions coming from assigned broker/lessor network.
Responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with potential new sources of business within the broker/lessor marketplace.
Travel of 5-10 days per month to visit assigned broker/lessors.

鼦 candidate should have strong relationship management skills. Ideally a candidate will have knowledge and minimum three years experience in the equipment financing broker/lessor marketplace.
