Job Description:

Due to substantial business growth, Somerset is seeking to add to our existing Portfolio Management staff. We are seeking an individual with asset management experience in a leasing environment to assist with equipment valuations, remarketing activities, detailed portfolio analysis, rate sheet creation and maintenance, lease origination and lease extension/buy-out pricing models, and strategic portfolio evaluation.

Qualifications:

Experience in equipment analysis, FMV/OLV projection for originations and lease extension/buy-out scenarios with a variety of equipment types.
Experience in equipment remarketing through direct and 3 rd party resources.
Rate sheet creation and management using present and past performance data.
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate existing portfolio performance and characteristics and to project future trends based on known cycles or economic projections.
