Buffett: ‘Foot to the Floor’ on Capital Spending

Bloomberg reported that in his letter to shareholders, Warren Buffet said executives who held back investments because of doubts about the economy are missing an opportunity. “We will keep our foot to the floor,” Buffet is quoted as saying about Berkshire’s capital expenditures in 2013.
