ILFC Leases Four New Boeing 777-300ER to Emirates
International Lease Finance Corporation announced the purchase and leaseback transaction with Emirates airline for four new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. Deliveries are scheduled to begin this month and will be completed by January 2013.
“ILFC is proud to expand its existing strong commercial cooperation with Emirates. ILFC already leases to Emirates a significant number of 777 aircraft, a proven and valuable aircraft in its fleet. It is important for us to build on our relationship with Emirates – one of ILFC’s largest customers and certainly one of the world’s leading airlines,” said Colin Bole, ILFC head of Europe, Middle East and Africa.
