Based in Houston, the team will be dedicated to providing financial services to meet the complex banking needs of primarily private oil and gas companies with producing assets in the U.S. The new group is in addition to JP Morgan’s Corporate Client Banking Energy team, which serves large energy companies with expected capital markets needs.

Greg Determann joins the team as a senior vice president serving energy and petroleum companies in California, Colorado, Louisiana and Texas. Charlie Vaughters will serve as a vice president covering energy and petroleum companies in Pennsylvania, Ohio and western Texas. Terri Benson will support the team as an underwriter will help in structuring, underwriting, negotiating and executing oil and gas transactions.
