Recent Enhancements:
LeaseTeam offers a number of modules which integrate with the LeaseTeam end-to-end solution to provide enhanced functionality.
Our latest introduction is our Loan Management module. This module offers true loan accounting, separately tracking principal and
accrued interest balance. As part of its true loan accounting functionality, the Loan Management module offers a high level of
flexibility, including the option to calculate interest on a daily balance versus fixed amortization schedules; the ability to
handle zero-interest and interest-free periods; control over compounding and interest rate structures; the ability to handle
same-as-cash structures; and much more.
With the Loan Management module, portfolio management is a breeze, allowing you to easily handle your customers’ contracts
(both leases and loans) from initiation to payoff.
The LeaseTeam solution may be licensed and installed on your servers, or LeaseTeam can run these products for you at our ASP.
