Vision Commerce provides the leading Internet based front-end solution for the equipment leasing and finance industry. Vision Commerce delivers its Front-End solution through an Application Service Provider (ASP) model, hosted solution or as an in-house solution. Vision Commerce has all the technical capabilities to securely support thousands of simultaneous users processing quotes and applications through the Internet. Software enhancements are applied regularly to the ASP solution at no additional cost to Subscribers.
For companies requiring an in-house solution, Vision can be purchased and installed on equipment at the company location. While this method of implementation requires additional configuration time and equipment, the solution can be more fully controlled by the buyer. Through our hosted solution, Subscribers can also purchase an unlimited license. Seamless integration with a backend system running on the buyer's network is possible with a local or hosted installation.
Vision provides origination, workflow, decisioning, and documentation automation capabilities. System Configuration:
Vision was developed as a web-based application. All user functionality is accessible through a web interface. Vision Commerce recommends the use of Internet Explorer 6.0 or later. Vision was developed with the understanding that many vendors, manufacturers, and remote sales personnel may still use slower Internet connections. Over 95% of the data flowing to the client browser is text. Through judicious use of cascading style sheets, minimal graphics, and a simple screen framework, Vision is fully functional with a 28kb connection. We recommend at least a 56kb connection for the Subscriber credit managers and administrators.
