Bloomberg reported that Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance is nearing a deal to buy Oaktree Capital’s Jackson Square Aviation aircraft-leasing company for more than $1 billion, citing three people with knowledge of the matter.

They would stay with the company after a sale to Mitsubishi UFJ Lease, Bloomberg cited two of the people as saying.
