Charles Davis, a 25-year veteran of the equipment finance industry, joined Baycap, a privately held commercial equipment lease and finance company located in Redondo Beach, CA.

Davis will be developing direct customer and equipment vendor relationships to address the needs of middle market and small business customers.

Baycap has underwritten, funded and serviced over $100 million in originations. It is a direct funding source and is capitalized through a revolving credit facility, free cash flow and private debt.
