Isuzu Finance of America, the captive finance company for Isuzu Commercial Truck of America, has hired Jim Rowan as District Manager for Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee (excluding Memphis).

Rowan has extensive experience developing and building commercial financing relationships. Most recently he was the Southeast sales director for De Lage Landen. Prior to that, he held positions with Navistar Financial and Mercedes Benz Credit.

In this new role, Rowan will be responsible for all sales functions in the southeastern U.S. He will be based in Florida and will report directly to eastern regional sales manager Gary Palmer.
