Pacific Rim Capital announced the hiring of Reza Saffarian as vice president, operations. Saffarian brings long and varied experience in leasing operations and asset management after working at Capital Associates International, CitiCapital, Banc of America Leasing, DLL, and most recently, Cisco Capital.

In a separate news release, PRC said it has begun its 25th year in business and is combining this anniversary with another milestone; a move to a new location after spending the past 12 years in Aliso Viejo.
