PHH Arval, a leading global fleet management services provider, announced it appointed Gary Anderson as senior vice president and chief business development officer for North America. In this role, Anderson will focus on growing PHH Arval North American business enhancing services with new and existing customers, optimizing a comprehensive and coordinated offering of fleet solutions.

Other leadership team changes PHH Arval announced included naming Michele Cunningham as senior vice president of strategic development and Bob Sandler as senior vice president of customer experience and enterprise consulting.
