PNC Announces Appointments to Secured Lending Team

PNC announced the following appointments to its Seattle- and Vancouver-based senior secured lending team.

Michael Wingard has been appointed senior vice president and is responsible for business development and loan origination sourced from private equity groups, investment banks and other intermediaries in the Pacific Northwest and Idaho. Based in Seattle, Wingard brings to the position more than 20 years of experience in asset based lending, most recently with RW Capital Partners LLC. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Mark Ireton has been appointed vice president and is responsible for business development and loan origination sourced from private equity groups, investment banks and other intermediaries in Western Canada. Based in Vancouver, Ireton brings to the position more than 26 years of banking experience with a concentration in commercial banking, most recently with Canadian Western Bank. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
