Our leasing management team averages over 25 years of experience in the small ticket vendor based equipment leasing market. Our typical transaction sizes range from $5,000 to $250,000. We work with distributors, vendors, and manufacturers nationwide primarily in manufacturing, healthcare, veterinary, and technology and are open to exploring other markets. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- New business development and relationship management
- Prospect and close vendor lease programs on a national basis
- Increase company revenue by meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Telephone sales, networking, face to face and webinar presentations
- Vendor support including tradeshows, sales meetings, and joint client calls
- Maintain acceptable sales activity, new business pipeline, and profitability
- Conduct interaction, communication, negotiation and/or correspondence with business applicants, vendor sales people, and our credit team
- CRM transaction management
- Perform administrative and support duties such as accurate completion of customer correspondence and quotations requests in order to promote the best possible level of service
- Maintain high level of internal and external professional communication
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of business to business sales
- Must possess a strong selling personality including interpersonal, verbal, and written skills and proven relationship-building sales experience
- Strong negotiating abilities and skilled at pricing profitably
- Proven experience in a market where service and relationship resonates rather than lowest rate
- A history of sucessful experience with cold calls as well as following up warm leads
- Proficiency and accuracy in MS Office Suite and CRM programs
- BA Degree preferred or equivalent experience
