TD Bank Names Federal Funding Manager for TD Equipment Finance
TD Bank said it named Matthew P. Jesinsky as VP, federal funding manager at TD Equipment Finance. Based in Vienna, VA, he is responsible for providing financing solutions for all agencies of the federal government through installment payment plan options with vendors and OEMs nationwide.
Jesinsky is joining TD Equipment Finance after serving for more than 16 years with government contracting firms in the Metro D.C. area. He most recently worked as chief administrative officer at Qivliq, in Herndon, VA. Jesinsky also has served as a senior contracts manager at both TKC Communications, a Qivliq subsidiary, in Fairfax, VA and Qwest Government Services, in Arlington, VA.
