TD Hires SVP, Middle Market & Government Contract Banking
TD Bank has named Timothy J. Duggan as senior vice president, head of Middle Market and Government Contract Banking. Based in Vienna, VA, he is responsible for managing middle-market and government contract banking throughout TD Bank’s mid-south region, including Virginia, Maryland and Delaware.
Duggan has 29 years of experience in both commercial and government contract banking. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served for 17 years with SunTrust in the Greater Washington D.C./Baltimore region, spending the past seven years leading that bank’s Technology & Government Division. Before that, he spent 11 years in commercial banking in the Washington, D.C. region.
