Steven Holben,
Director of Digital Sales Strategy,
ENGS Commercial Finance

Since joining ENGS Commercial Finance in 2015 as finance manager, Steven Holben has played a pivotal role in defining strategic milestones, including the launches of ENGS Commercial Capital and ENGS Insurance Agency and the sale and subsequent integration of the company into Mitsubishi HC Capital Group.

Prior to joining ENGS, Holben had a long career at Navistar, where he served in various finance positions of increasing responsibility across North and South America, affording him an opportunity to develop a diverse understanding of the equipment industry and vendor network.

Holben earned the Certified Lease & Finance Professional designation to further his career and deliver additional value to ENGS and its customers. In December 2020, he was selected to lead the new ENGS Digital Center, which is leveraging cutting-edge financial technology and developing dynamic analytics to deliver customer and vendor solutions across the organization.

We push the envelope with innovative ideas and practices to deliver value to the company and to our customers.”

Through his work as director of digital sales strategy, Holben is driving the acceleration of automated digital technology adoption in the equipment finance industry. He believes digital advancements in areas such as blockchain and the digital impact of NFTs on the authentication and flow of data/money between entities is in the not-too-distant future, adding that early adoption will help businesses be more effective and efficient.
