Account Executive


Our client, an established bank owned equipment leasing company is seeking to hire experienced Equipment Leasing Account Executives (AE). This is a lucrative outside sales position role, responsible for generating business from vendors, manufacturers, local banks, and from end-users who have ongoing equipment financing needs. The AE should also be committed to delivering distinct service, added value, and acting with the highest of ethics. By doing so, the AE will become a trusted and valued vendor partner.


  • Research and identify new verticals.
  • Close at least 1 new qualified Vendor per quarter
  • Maintain close relationships with Vendor partners
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing end
  • Work with internal support team to ensure the highest level of customer service and expediency. AE’s are partnered with Sales Coordinators who handle virtually all administrative tasks involved with incoming deals.
  • Use Salesforce
  • Travel will be required to close new business and to strengthen partner relationships.
  • Analyze credit worthiness of a potential
  • Ensure compliance
  • Participate in developmental and training activities
  • Assist other team members


  • College degree is preferred – finance or business-related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in equipment lending with transferrable book of business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or related software.
