Asset Management Associate


Irvine, CA

North Mill Equipment Finance is seeking an Asset Management Associate. Ideal candidate will be involved in asset management, remarking and inventory control and will assist with market research and special projects. Candidate must be self-motivated, hardworking, and committed to the success of the department.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist with evaluation of assets for commercial loan approvals
  • Research and determine values for new and used equipment
  • Data Entry – work orders, vehicle specifications, etc.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and agents
  • Coordinate condition reports for incoming inventory
  • Work closely with Asset Manager to gather data and information for monthly meetings and special projects.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Spanish speaking a plus, but not required
  • 2-3 years of office or corporate experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with an ability to multitask/prioritize daily and monthly responsibilities
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, industry, service, or area of Asset Management specialization
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with teammates.
  • Any prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
