The Senior Direct/Vendor Account / Sales Representative leads the effort to provide support for finance and lease activities in the healthcare industry. Collaborates with the Sales Associate(s)(“SR”) and Sales Manager(s), to prospect and maximize new business generation activities in addition to ongoing service and support of existing vendor programs, sources and/or direct customers.
Responsibilities include the onboarding of their new originations, program sources, and ongoing program management of existing sources. Prospecting for new business, at a direct end user, manufacturer, distributor, and dealer level.
Extensive travel may be required to conduct meetings and presentations to potential customers and existing vendors and their sales teams. Utilizes our established Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track activity, provide reports, and assist in volume forecasts.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience, prefer degree in Business Management or Sales & Marketing.
5+ years of business experience in equipment finance sales and/or program management.

Strong Structuring and Pricing Skills
Strong PC skills
Demonstrated analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills Preferred
Previous experience and knowledge of leasing operations
