District Sales Manager – Captive-Commercial Vehicles


Remote, Preferably Ohio, or Kentucky

This is a rare opportunity to join a captive finance company with a leader in the commercial truck industry.

Location – Remote, Preferably Ohio, or Kentucky
Multi State Territory- Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan. North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, W. Virginia

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture existing and develop new dealer relationships in the territory
  • Manage a multi-state territory of dealers
  • Originate and manage a portfolio of floorplan business
  • Accountable for the development and achievement of the territory and strategy and penetration goals
  • Quality customer service as a key measure of success in the development and implementation of assigned projects
  • Work with customers identified by dealerships to assist in securing financing

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of vendor focused commercial vehicle finance experience with 5 years in sales
  • History of exceling in a performance-based compensation programs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Enjoy working in a team-based environment
  • College degree (BS/BA)
  • Travel necessary (60%+)

Compensation and Benefits:

The District Manager Compensation Plan combines a competitive salary, monthly commission plan, car allowance and benefits package.
