Experienced Sales Representative-Direct Origination


Location-Remote

Our client, a fast growing and established equipment finance company headquartered in Southern California is looking for high energy, motivated Sales Representatives to join their direct origination sales team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter that operates well in a remote environment. Candidates must be able to verify a solid book of business/relationships to be considered for this position. This is a full-time direct sales position with one of the most lucrative commission plans in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Source small and mid-size businesses to assist in securing funding for equipment financing
  • Experienced individual producer focused on prospecting new opportunities and growing their presence in the industry
  • Ability to communicate with cross-functional departments to manage the lease process from origination to closing
  • Establish and grow customer relationships, securing repeat/renewal business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of successful equipment leasing experience required
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, especially CRM/Salesforce platforms
