Position Title: Commercial Bank Leasing Specialist
Business Unit: BCSI
Reports To: Bank Capital President
This position is primarily responsible for developing business from new prospects and interacts with existing customers and commercial bankers to increase sales revenue for Bank Capital Services (BCSI) and the corporation.
Makes daily personal sales calls to commercial bankers, commercial clients, prospects and centers of influence such as attorneys and accountants in assigned territory. Educates and trains commercial bankers on how to effectively utilize company programs to meet the needs of their clients. Promotes lease awareness and distributes lease material.
Services current commercial bankers, commercial clients and centers of influence base needs and acts as a conduit between client and business sources. Provides training and sales support with commercial bankers, commercial clients and centers of influence on calculation of lease products. Meets with lessees on equipment and closes leases.
Develops prospects and expands commercial client and end user volume in a designated territory and meets goals set by management. Reviews sales calls and market conditions with the Bank Capital President. Attends Bank cross functional meeting to develop opportunities with Regional Managers’ Bank clients. Monitors competitors programs and recommends program adjustments.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
