Somerset Capital Group, Ltd. is offering an entry level position, structured to support growth within our organization, with clear expectations for development and training. The Junior PA will be introduced and trained on Somerset’s systems; shadow experienced Portfolio Administrators; and learn best practices to manage accounts and customers (internal & external). Additionally, Somerset is in the process of a system transition with an expected completion date in late 2025. The entire Portfolio Admin team, inclusive of this position, are integral to Somerset’s successful conversion.
The expectation is that this candidate will transition to a full-time Portfolio Administrator within twelve months. The Junior PA will be evaluated at periodic intervals to ensure they are sufficiently prepared to accomplish the following responsibilities of a full-time Portfolio Administrator.
Portfolio Administrator:
The primary responsibility of a Portfolio Administrator is understanding the nuances of the assigned account relationships. Core responsibilities of this position are to validate, track and maintain compliance during the lease contract’s lifecycle. This role is trusted to maintain accurate data throughout SCG’s systems and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned transactions.
