Privately owned, industry innovator is looking to fill a newly created Marketing Manager position. Company is known for pioneering and providing insurance programs to protect financed and leased equipment and commercial vehicles throughout the US.
Reporting directly to the president, the Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies to meet sales goals and company growth objectives. The Marketing Manager will research, evaluate and recommend appropriate channels, and create and execute brand-consistent marketing campaigns that identify and qualify leads, provide sales tools and direction to convert prospects to customers, track responses, analyze results and refine strategy. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with and coordinate with outside marketing consultants and organize company participation in key industry conferences during the year.
Skills and experience preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
5+ years marketing experience in equipment finance and/or insurance industries
Proven record in achieving marketing goals
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Knowledge and use of social media and digital technology
Project and budget management experience
