National Account Manager

Regent Capital Corporation is actively recruiting an Account Manager with 5+ years of prior sales experience in the equipment financing industry.


A Regents national account manager is a fully remote position for an industry veteran with a history of exceeding sales goals. We are searching for a self-starter that knows the business well but is looking for the right platform to unlock their true potential.

What you’ll do:

  • Structuring, pricing, and negotiating lease and loan packages.
  • Maintain current relationships with C-level executives and identify qualified leads through daily outbound calls.
  • Utilize Salesforce call campaigns while achieving daily, weekly, and quarterly KPI’s.
  • Become a master of our systems and processes, ensuring proper utilization of Salesforce (our CRM) and Outreach (our sales engagement platform).
  • Ensure all required documents are accurately proposed, completed, and submitted to the appropriate parties.
  • Maintain industry related knowledge of tax, accounting, regulatory, and legal guidelines.

The experience we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the equipment leasing/financing industry, consistently achieving quota.
  • 4-Year College degree in Sales/Marketing/Finance or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of the equipment leasing: deal structures, pricing, terminology, funding requirements, credit stipulations.
  • Strong understanding of amortizing software, preferably T-Value.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, and results-oriented environment
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a bonus.


  • Competitive salary with aggressive commission plan. $60,000 – $300,000
