Bank lessor is experiencing rapid growth due to their niche focus in two primary markets. The company has a long-time presence in the IT asset leasing space with a focus on FMV structures. In addition, the company has been rapidly expanding its business model over the last 4 years to also heavily focus on the under-served market for lower single B equivalent credits where the heavier collateral focus plays a large part in the credit underwriting criteria.
