Responsible for soliciting, developing and funding construction equipment loans and other value-added banking services for new and existing specialty finance clients.
Solicits and develops new client relationships in an assigned market area.
Works with Credit and Operations teams toward the development and expansion of new business relationships.
Attends to the needs of Specialty Finance clients seeking loans and deposit services, evaluates the financial condition of the client, the value of pledged collateral, and the client’s management effectiveness and competency.
Monitors their portfolio quality.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Experience / Skills:
Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience preferred or equivalent experience
Prior experience in construction equipment finance.
High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Proven record on new business volume goals and performance.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Good PC skills–proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA and/or CLFP preferred.
Ability to travel to off-site locations and overnight for client visits, prospecting, inspections, auctions, meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
