You will present transactions direct to the Director of Retail Credit, VP Credit & Risk, or to the appropriate Credit Committee. You will interact with Regional and Global Credit Managers on deals submitted to the Credit Committee. After reviewing all information, you will provide and support a credit recommendation. Based on experience and time, you will have delegated authority to make credit decisions.

In addition, you will provide support, guidance and mentoring to other Retail Credit Underwriters and Retail Credit Analysts, and other members of the Retail Credit Team. As needed, you will provide back-up and support to the Retail Credit Managers and Director of Retail Credit. As needed, Director level credit authority may be delegated to you.

You will be required to present deals to the Credit Committee and support your credit recommendations.

In some cases, you will be part of a post-mortem process to provide insights on your own deals and those of your peers. These insights will help ensure continuity and provide opportunities for improvement and efficiency. In addition, you may provide training for other team members including on financial statement spreading and analysis.
