Senior Account Executive – Technology Leasing


SoCal (In-Office), remote for the right candidate

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and engage IT vendors, value-added resellers (VARs), and direct clients to generate leasing opportunities.
    Building and Managing a Sales Pipeline: Drive deals from initial contact through contract execution while maintaining strong client relationships.
    Vendor and Channel Partnerships: Leverage your existing network of IT resellers, manufacturers, and vendors to drive referral business.
    Consultative Sales Approach: Structure tailored technology leasing solutions that align with client needs and financial objectives.
    Outbound Prospecting & Relationship Building: Make outbound calls, set up meetings, and consistently engage with new prospects to build long-term business.
    CRM & Sales Technology Utilization: Effectively manage leads and opportunities using CRM and other sales automation tools.
    Performance Excellence: Consistently exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth while maximizing personal earnings.

Qualifications They’re Looking For:

  • Proven Success in Sales: A track record of overachieving quota in technology leasing, hardware/software sales, or equipment financing.
    Established Industry Relationships: Strong connections with IT vendors, value-added resellers (VARs), or manufacturers in the technology space.
    Hunter Mentality: A proactive, self-driven sales professional who thrives on outbound prospecting and closing deals.
    Negotiation & Closing Skills: Ability to structure and present compelling leasing solutions that drive customer commitment.
    Financially Driven Mindset: Motivated by high earnings, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions on both front-end and backend deals.
    Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM systems, financial software, and sales automation tools. Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
    Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to engage C-level decision-makers, including CFOs, CIOs, and COOs, and convey the value of leasing solutions.
    Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Success in this role requires consistency, drive, and a commitment to exceeding targets.
