Available Position: Middle Market Finance; Sr. Account Executive
We are seeking sales individuals with a proven track record of success to join our Middle Market Finance Division, which focuses on transaction sizes from $500K to $10MM.
About the Career: Middle Market Finance; Sr. Account Executive
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the middle market equipment finance space ($500K to $10MM transaction size). This position can work remotely or at our Corporate Headquarters, located in Roseville, California.
Ability to find new customers
Creating and nurturing business relationships, including equipment Vendor & Dealer relationships.
Generating, submitting, and collecting finance/lease proposals
Closing and funding business
Exceed sales quotas, consistently
Database management using Salesforce.com
Ideal candidates will have the below outlook, skills and experience:
Desire to be in the top 1% of income earners
Experience in finding, closing, and funding, equipment finance and lease transactions from $500K to $10MM
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability and desire to sell and market to customers via the phone
Ability and desire to sell and market to equipment vendors / dealers via the phone
Ability to close equipment financing transactions independently
Experience with structuring and pricing various finance and lease transactions
In depth understanding of different types of equipment finance and lease structures
Ability to read and understand financial statements and tax returns
An Understanding of, and experience working with financial ratios
Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
Excellent responsiveness, in terms of follow-up with clients and vendors
Self-Motivated / Confident
Possesses a strong sense of urgency; enjoys challenges, competition and variety
Uses direct, action-oriented approach to solving problems; time management is key!
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Works well within the framework of a team, while striving to excel individually
