Although Western Equipment Finance is located in Devils Lake, ND, these positions have the opportunity to work remote.
The Credit Analyst is responsible for working with the Credit Department and Sales Department to evaluate and underwrite mid-ticket transactions. In addition, the Credit Analyst is responsible for identifying mid-ticket transactions that meet criteria of our funding partners. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining productive relationships with vendors, funding partners, and customers that reflect superior customer experience consistent with our organization’s vision, core values, and team guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Underwrite: Investigate, evaluate and underwrite mid-ticket transactions in accordance with credit policies and guidelines, program structure and internal allocations of underwriting responsibilities.
Relationship Management: Manage and continue to grow strong relationships with vendors, funding partners, customers, and internal departments to continue to drive business results and create a superior customer experience.
Special Projects: Manage special projects as needed. Special projects will vary based on workload, organizational priority and opportunities presented.
There are two open positions for Credit Analyst. This is a full time position with benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business-related field along with a minimum of five years experience in underwriting and demonstrated understanding of cash flow analysis required. Experience specific to the leasing and financing industry strongly preferred.
