Danie Langer is someone who leads by example with the skills she has obtained over her seven years in the equipment finance space and nine years in the development space. Going to school for programming and starting her professional career in such a role, she has covered all aspects of the development lifecycle. After moving to LTi Technology Solutions in 2015 as a business analyst, she has worked across various projects and with many customers, growing her knowledge of LTI’s ASPIRE product and most importantly, the equipment finance industry.

As the ASPIRE product manager, she enjoys working with LTI’s existing customer base to ensure the enhancements and improvements being considered meet the needs of the masses. She also enjoys building upon her own knowledge by examining the unique ways each user of the system completes common tasks for contract lifecycles.

In addition to her role in product management, Langer has also taken on the role of business analyst manager. By sharing the knowledge and skills she has developed over the years, she is paving the way for new small to mid-size enterprises both within the company and the equipment finance industry at large. Langer’s goal for each day is to do the best job she can for both the company she works for as well as the customers it serves, doing her best to make everyone else’s jobs a little easier with a small enhancement to the software or a caring smile on a call.

Outside of the office, Langer is a mother to two lively young boys, with whom she enjoys cooking, baking and being outdoors. She and her husband are also small business co-owners of three gyms, a personal training company and a supplement line.

As inspiration to other women in the equipment finance industry, Langer says, “I would encourage any women in the industry or looking to get into the industry to not be afraid to take a chance and seek out a place where you are seen and encouraged. One of the best moves I made was coming to LTi, where I have been both challenged and respected.”
