Equipment Finance Cares Foundation Friday Spotlight – Operation New Uniform

This week’s Foundation Friday showcase is Operation New Uniform. The interview is with Mike Jones, president of business capital at CIT.

Jones shares his story on his involvement with the foundation and its impact on the veteran community that it serves.

Operation New Uniform (ONU), was founded in 2014 and has established itself as a trendsetter in the veteran service organization space. Its mission is to ensure all our nation’s veterans have a successful transition after service. 97% of ONU veterans who complete the program find a career within four months of completion.

Operation New Uniform’s success rate is attributed to treating each veteran as an individual, serving as many veterans as possible without reducing quality, and meticulously tracking the results and successes of veterans.
