Topics focus on the multiplicity of benefits to the lessee that finance leases and loans do not; advantages to the lessor that allow them to benefit from profit sources not found in finance leases or loans, asset life cycle management – a “win-win” for both the lessor and the lessee; strategies to combat off balance sheet financing rule changes; and, risk mitigation.
