As the president of Key Equipment Finance, Adam D. Warner directs Key’s commercial and bank-based equipment lease and finance efforts. In addition, he oversees equipment finance programs for the company’s primary vertical markets: IT, energy, healthcare, industrial and government. Warner also supervises the equipment finance programs for all Key commercial vendor customers, including equipment manufacturers and distributors in the U.S., as well as Key’s specialty finance lending and capital markets units.
A former Chairman of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s board of directors and executive committee, Warner serves on the Leeds School of Business board of alumni and friends at the University of Colorado Boulder. Prior to joining Key, Warner held the roles of senior vice president of sales and marketing and chief operating officer at Mellon Leasing Corporation.

Amrita Patel is a highly accomplished change agent executive focused on business strategy and transformations. Her blended experience includes commercial sales leadership (equipment finance, franchise finance, transportation finance), acquisition integrations, divestitures, transformations and six sigma quality. Patel’s strengths include growth strategy and vision setting, building and motivating large multi-dimensional teams, executing long-term strategy and simplification to drive desired results.

With more than 35 years of industry experience, Dave Fate launched Stonebriar in March 2015 and has led the company on a phenomenal growth trajectory culminating in Stonebriar achieving an investment-grade corporate credit rating while building a highly profitable portfolio. Fate previously played key leadership roles in the successful startup of AIG Commercial Asset Finance and Transamerica Equipment Finance. In 2018 Fate was awarded the first-ever Monitor MVP award, and Goldman Sachs recognized him as one of 2020’s 100 most intriguing entrepreneurs. Fate has been a strong ELFA industry advocate during his career having served on various ELFA committees.
