ACI Aviation Consulting promoted Wes Romaine to president and Andy Krantz to vice president.
Romaine, who joined ACI in December 2007, has over 15 years in aviation consulting. He has been instrumental in ACI’s strategic growth and client relations. Romaine has spearheaded business development, guiding marketing strategies, client acquisition and industry outreach through speaking engagements. His expertise also extends to project management, talent acquisition and editorial oversight of ACI’s Airliner Price Guide.
Throughout his tenure, he has conducted thousands of valuations, in excess of $100 billion for airlines, lessors, manufacturers, financiers and Fortune 500 companies. Romaine also has extensive expertise in lease-encumbered valuations. In addition, he has served as an expert witness in aviation-related litigation, providing testimony and consulting support to law firms.
Romaine holds a bachelor of business administration degree from James Madison University and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers. Romaine is also an International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) Certified Appraiser.

Krantz, who joined ACI in 2018 as director of valuations, has over a decade of experience in aircraft valuations. He has conducted thousands of valuations, in excess of $50 billion, throughout his career.
Beyond valuations, Krantz will be joining the ranks of ACI’s senior leadership team. He will help with company operations, assisting with business development, client management and participation in key industry events. He also will continue to contribute his editorial expertise to ACI’s Airliner Price Guide.
Krantz holds a bachelor of science degree from Illinois State University and an FAA Private Pilot Certificate. Krantz holds an ASA designation from the American Society of Appraisers and is also an ISTAT Certified Appraiser.
