AerCap Leased, Purchased and Sold 89 Aircraft in Q3/17



AerCap signed lease agreements for 50 aircraft, including 17 widebody aircraft and 33 narrowbody aircraft in Q3/17. Of those lease agreements, eight were for the Embraer E2-Jet family.

In addition, AerCap purchased 11 aircraft, including two Airbus A320neo Family aircraft, one Airbus A350 and eight Boeing 787s. It also executed sale transactions for 28 aircraft, including eight Airbus A320 family aircraft, six Airbus A330s, two Airbus A340s, one Boeing 737 Classic, eight Boeing 737NGs, one Boeing 767 and one Boeing 777-300ER from AerCap’s owned portfolio, and one Boeing 737 Classic from AerCap’s managed portfolio.

AerCap also signed financing transactions for $3.7 billion during the quarter.
