AerCap Prices $1B Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Notes



AerCap Ireland Capital Designated Activity Company and AerCap Global Aviation Trust (the issuers), which are each wholly-owned subsidiaries of AerCap, priced their offering of senior notes, consisting of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 1.75% senior notes due 2026. The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by AerCap and certain other subsidiaries of the company. The issuers intend to use the net proceeds from the notes for general corporate purposes.

Citigroup Global Markets, Morgan Stanley, SG Americas Securities, TD Securities and Truist Securities are serving as joint book running managers for the underwritten public offering.

AerCap is a global aircraft lessor.
