Ahlers Assumes Title of President of United Leasing & Finance



United Companies announced the title change for Martha Ahlers from chief operating officer to president of United Leasing & Finance. The title change is a result of her broad scope of duties and responsibilities for the organization.

“Over the years, Martha’s position has grown to include direct involvement with finance, accounting, risk management, IT, human resources and our Six Sigma initiative,” said United Companies’ CEO Ron Romain. “Martha is extremely active with our customers, manufacturer relationships and trade associations where she represents our business in the marketplace.”

“I am proud to assume the title of president of United Leasing & Finance and look forward to our continued growth in the leasing and finance industry,” Ahlers said.

Founded in 1964, United Companies is a privately-owned corporation headquartered in Evansville, IN. It is comprised of United Leasing, Professional Transportation and the Romain Automotive Group.
