Airbus, Boeing Combined Sales of $76.5B at Dubair Airshow Break Record



According to Gulf Today, Airbus and Boeing booked large deals on the second to last day of the Dubai Airshow. Together, the orders totaled $76.5 billion, which set a new record.

Gulf Today reported that Airbus announced the largest single deal in its history, valued at $49.5 billion with Indigo Partners to purchase 430 aircraft in its A320neo family.

Boeing booked a $27 billion deal with Fly Dubai for 225 737 MAX family aircraft, representing the largest single-aisle jet order (by number of airplanes and total value) recorded from a Middle East carrier.
