Airbus Flies by Boeing in Deliveries But Can’t Keep Up with Orders

Bloomberg reported that Airbus cannot manufacture planes fast enough to keep up with its backlog.

The report noted that the plane manufacturer delivered 483 more aircraft than Boeing last year due to the 737 MAX grounding, which was the largest divide in the companies’ 45-year rivalry.

In the future, an analyst consulted by Bloomberg predicted that Airbus could deliver 60% to 65% of single-aisle planes, up from 50% today.
