To date, over the past 10 months, close to 300 have attended the frequently offered seminar. Those attending were equally divided between the front and the back office. Attendees were provided with the knowledge and tools on how best to understand varied customer motivations and arrive at deal-clinching responses to commonly encountered objections. It concluded with a host of approaches on how to add value, outsmart competition and comprehend why only a few outperform.
