International Decision Systems (IDS), a provider of equipment finance software, appointed David Arkley chief financial officer.

Arkley has more than 20 years of global finance, technology and operational experience. Prior to joining IDS, he was CFO at Vertafore, a provider of cloud-based software and services for the insurance industry. Previously, Arkley served as CFO at Edifec, Parallels, Itron North America and Itron International, and as vice president of finance at Silicon Energy.
