First Business Equipment Finance, a division of First Business Financial Services, hired Nick Arneson as vice president of Sales in the Vendor Programs Group.

As part of First Business Equipment Finance, Arneson will help deliver customized, competitively priced financial solutions for equipment suppliers so they can close the sales cycle faster, combat common sales objections, and retain more long-term clients.

Arneson has almost 20 years of experience in sales management and finance with an emphasis on facilitating sales of specialty vehicles for manufacturers and distributors. He holds a certification from the Association for Finance and Insurance Professionals (AFIP) and is a member of the West Allis Lions Club and the Wauwatosa Chamber of Commerce.
