Arvest Equipment Finance hired Roger Beil as a regional account manager and added Patrick Lewis as a vice president.

Beil has worked in the commercial equipment finance industry for more than 20 years, most recently as sales manager for Wells Fargo Equipment Finance’s construction division. He also has worked for Marlin Capital Solutions, Hitachi Capital America and Trans Lease, among other companies. In his new role at Arvest Equipment Finance, Beil will be responsible for developing new vendor and dealer relationships, among other duties.

“We couldn’t be more excited to add Roger to our team,” John Bradford, director of sales at Arvest Equipment Finance, said. “His extensive experience and expertise will provide significant benefits to us and, more importantly, our customers.”

Lewis has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently serving as a commercial loan officer for Arvest Bank in Conway, AR. In his new role, Lewis will be responsible for generating, evaluating, approving, processing, closing and servicing on commercial equipment lending/leasing agreements.

“Patrick has been a valuable asset for the bank and has a tremendous track record of success,” Bradford said. “His passion for serving customers is evident and we are glad to welcome him to our team.”

Additionally, Arvest Equipment Finance will host an open house-style event at its new headquarters in the Chaffee Crossing Historic District in Fort Smith, AR, on July 14. The newly remodeled space is about 9,000 square feet and is part of a three-acre parcel.
