Skwara joins ACS with a track record of driving organizational transformation and sustainable growth in innovation-focused companies. Most recently as vice president of operations and finance at Mongoose Research, she partnered with the executive team to achieve a 20% improvement in operational efficiency while maintaining over 90% client retention during a period of rapid expansion.
